Food supplements Transylvania Nutriton can be bought online and safely, simply and quickly. Ordering on the Internet takes a few minutes and all you have to do is follow a few simple steps. To place an order, registration (account creation) is not required.

Step 1. Search for the desired product

Use the menu on the top bar to search for the desired product.

Step 2. Choose the desired product.

Add the desired products to the shopping cart by selecting the "Add to cart" button.

Step 3. Shopping cart

After adding the products, you are automatically directed to the shopping cart where you can view all the added products. If you want, the products can be removed from the basket and the quantity changed. Select the "Update Cart" button to update the order.

After adding the desired products to the cart, you must select the billing data, delivery address, payment methods (Cash on delivery, Card). Fields marked with a red star are mandatory. shop Transylvania Nutriton allows you to place an order without creating an account, but we recommend you to register to be able to benefit from all the discounts, promotions, news that have appeared.

Step 4. Completing the order

After checking the "Order Summary" form, where you will see the ordered products and the total payment amount, click on the "Place order" button to complete. After this, you will see a message to complete the order and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the name and code of the ordered products, the method of payment, the delivery time: maximum 48 hours.

Transport:

Transylvania Nutrition supplements will be delivered by Sameday express courier company, throughout the country.

Shipping is FREE if the total value of the order exceeds the amount of 230 lei.
If the total value of the order is less than 230 lei, the shipping cost is 20 lei.

Delivery of products

The products will be delivered in MAXIMUM 3 working days from the confirmation of the order. If the product appears on the website as unavailable, please contact us for more details.

Payment Methods:

1. Cash on delivery (Payment in cash upon receipt of the parcel from the COURIER)
2. Online card payment.

Payment can also be made online using your personal card, in complete safety.

Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos of VISA (Classic and Electron) and MasterCard and others.

No additional commission is charged for transactions

To ensure the security of transactions, Transylvania Nutriton uses the STRIPE platform
The transaction will appear as Transylvania Nutriton on the holder's account/card statement.

Canceling the transaction

Cancellation of the transaction is only possible by phone without the obligation to mention the reason for its cancellation. You can contact us at phone number 0752 547 414. Cancellation can only be made until the order is processed or shipped.

After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will unlock the blocked amount in the client's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return. The duration of unlocking the funds depends entirely on the bank. Transylvania Nutriton does not exercise any influence on the bank's policy.
